Periodically Consequence hosts conference style investigation workshops.

Our workshops are held at New Court Surgery, in Malvern (http://www.courtroadsurgery.co.uk/) or The Derby Conference Centre (http://www.thederbyconferencecentre.com/).

2011: Effective Investigating and Investigation Report Writing Master Class

This two day workshop is for individuals who have already received some investigation and RCA training and have led, or participated in, one or more comprehensive (Level 2) investigations. This workshop will run on the principles of reflective practice and learning sets, and requires preparation in advance and a high degree of participation from attendees during the workshop.

Number of participants: This will be limited to 12 persons with a minimum number of 8 persons.
